Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 cup almond milk unsweetened vanilla
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp instant coffee Moccona Classic Medium Roast Instant coffee
  • 1/2 zucchini finely grated
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsp shredded coconut
  • 1 tsp Maca powder
  • 1 tsp granulated stevia
  • 4 small chopped dates
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Method

  1. Cook all ingredients in saucepan over medium for 5-8mins until thickened.
  2. Pour into a bowl.
  3. Top with Rice Malt Syrup, a sprinkle of coconut sugar, pistachios and more chopped dates.
